Can I switch between plans later?
Yes. Switch from monthly to yearly anytime. If you start monthly then commit to yearly, we adjust the difference.
What does custom work cost?
Custom work is quoted based on exactly what you need — workflow changes, special dashboards, or specific checks. Contact us for a chat and estimate.
Is there a setup fee for the software plan?
No. Setup, onboarding, and tuning are included in your subscription. Your access code is ready immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly: cancel anytime, no lock-in. Yearly: cancel before renewal. Self-install: your data stays with you — no lock-in.
What do I need for the Self-Install plan?
A cloud account (like Google Firebase). Our team handles all the installation and setup on your system. You keep full control of your data.
